It’s our time for a comeback here in Australia. With the NBL1 changing and the NBA and other options for players popping up we figured it’s time to up the game a few notches. The ABA is the largest pro league in the world right now and we are in USA – Canada – Australia – Mexico – Africa & the Caribbean, which means our players have lots of options for playing internationally.

We Are Making The Station The Best Way For Fans & Businesses To Connect With Our League Australia & USA!
MVP & MIP: This is really cool we know we are small and have to take time to grow but what we have done is come up with a few things that are really unique. In Australia today if you’re trying to get some key players a team comes up with a bit of money for the player and that is great but you also know it’s a gamble if the player does not perform to expectation, it can feel like money wasted!
We have implemented something that is totally unique that we feel will catch on. Our focus is on helping team owners earn revenue and not always spending so we created our MVP/MIP program and here is how it works
Player play the season we keep your stats – We watch your behavior on and off the court & how you help us promote the league. We may have promotions or interviews or events for kids and players that really love the game and inspiring the next generation goes a long way with us.
So each season at the end of the season we will announce the leagues Most Valuable Player & 2 Most Improved Players. These players will receive awards from the league & the league Not Their Team will pay them for the next seasons games in the regular season.
Now you may say why next season? Easy answer, these chosen players will have more than earned it, by playing well & being a leader off and on the court, so its our way of saying thanks. It also will inspire more players to put in a good season and be that extraordinary player so that their chances improve for the next season!
Just Our Way Of Giving Back!
Player NFT’s: This has been an up and down market but some NBA players and overseas players have managed to have their NFT’s become good revenue streams. We are not looking at ours being life changing but in the same sense if you played with us and then made it to the NBA just imagine what your NFT would do?
On the other hand, ABA League Australia is doing something cool and unique with your player NFT. We will be linking player NFT’s to your digital wallet (Coinbase – Meta Mask etc) and every time the NFT is bought or sold you will get a percentage for life. Percentages will be posted privately.

Championship Time: We noticed lots of the leagues here do a trophy and ribbons for community wins and we have no issue with this. We know being the new guys we had to turn things up a notch so we are creating a League Championship ring – The ring is Sterling Silver so will not turn green LOL.. We have teamed up with a jeweler that will be our official ring maker.
We are trying to make sure that its cool enough that you will wear it and stir up some attention for the league. Stay Tuned we will release images of final product.
Unique Game Rules: We will be posting to all players the rules of the ABA and we think you will like what you see. Just Quick History Lesson – The 3-point shot you see Steph Curry Killing Today is a product of the original ABA not the NBA & The Slam Dunk Contest As Well So, we also have a few other things that the NBA has not taken from us and we will be doing them here in Australia.
